摘　　要：国内建设的大型密闭电石炉普遍存在三相电极做功不平衡、自然功率因数低、炉况波动大等不利于生产的现象,金泥化工40万吨/年电石生产线引进54000kVA出炉机器人、电石炉电极智能控制系统等先进生产设施,并通过不断调整磨合,解决了制约电石炉负荷提升的关键影响因素,生产逐步趋于稳定,在行业内起到示范引领。The large closed calcium carbide furnaces constructed in China generally have the phenomena of unbalanced work of three-phase electrode,low natural power factor and large fluctuation of furnace condition,which are not conducive to production,chemical factory of Jinchang Cement 400,000 a calcium carbide production line introduced 54000kVA oven robot,calcium carbide furnace electrode intelligent control system and other advanced production facilities,through continuous adjustment and running-in,the key influencing factors restricting the increase of calcium carbide furnace load are solved,and the production gradually becomes stable,which plays a leading role in the industry.
