摘　　要：目的:探究脑动脉瘤夹闭术与支架植入弹簧圈栓塞术治疗颅内动脉瘤(IA)的疗效与安全性。方法:选取广东省人民医院珠海医院2020年8月~2022年9月接受治疗的100例颅内动脉瘤患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分组,分为对照组(n=50,脑动脉瘤夹闭术)与观察组(n=50,支架植入弹簧圈栓塞术),观察研究对象的临床疗效、围术期指标及术后并发症的情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率(84.00%)显著高于对照组(66.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间及术后住院时间均短于对照组,且术中出血量较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(2.00%)显著低于对照组(14.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于IA患者采用支架植入弹簧圈栓塞术进行治疗效果较好,相比于传统的夹闭术,能够有效改善患者围术期指标,且术后不良反应发生情况较少。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of cerebral aneurysm clipping and stent implantation coil embolization in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms(IA).Method A total of 100 patients with intracranial aneurysms treated in our hospital from August 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=50,cerebral aneurysm clipping)and observation group(n=50,stent implantation and coil embolization)according to the random number table.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indicators and postoperative complications of the subjects were observed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.00%vs 66.00%,P<0.05).The operation time and postoperative hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(14.00%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of stent implantation and coil embolization for IA patients is better.Compared with the traditional clipping,it can effectively improve the perioperative indicators of patients,and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions is less,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
