摘　　要：目的 观察阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿司匹林对脑动脉硬化症患者血脂及血液流变学水平的影响。方法 选取2020年12月-2023年1月万安县人民医院接诊的69例脑动脉硬化症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=35)。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血脂指标[胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)]、血流动力学指标[脑血管搏动指数(PI)、血管阻力指数(RI)、收缩期血流速度(Vs)、舒张期血流速度(Vd)]、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的85.29%(P<0.05);两组治疗后TC、TG均低于治疗前,HDL-C高于治疗前,且观察组TC、TG低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后PI、RI均低于治疗前,Vs、Vd均高于治疗前,且观察组PI、RI均低于对照组,Vs、Vd均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿司匹林治疗脑动脉硬化症的效果良好,可有效改善患者血脂指标、血液流变学水平,且不增加不良反应发生几率,具有理想的应用有效性与安全性。Objective To observe the effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with aspirin on blood lipid and hemorheology in patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis.Methods A total of 69 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis admitted to Wan'an County People's Hospital from December 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=34)and observation group(n=35)by random number table method.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid indexes[cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG)],hemodynamic indexes[cerebral vascular pulsation index(PI),vascular resistance index(RI),systolic blood flow velocity(Vs),diastolic blood flow velocity(Vd)]and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 85.29%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TC and TG in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,HDL-C was higher than that before treatment,and TC and TG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,HDL-C was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PI and RI in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,Vs and Vd were higher than those before treatment,and PI and RI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,Vs and Vd were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with aspirin have a good effect in the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis,which can effectively improve the blood lipid index and hemorheology level of patients without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.It has ideal application effec
