摘　　要：本文从建设工程项目设计管理方角度出发,研究当前地铁工程设计阶段存在参与方数量多、专业种类多,管理难度大的问题,通过搭建智能的数字化设计协同管理平台,实现三维可视化设计,对协同设计、进度实施、审批流转、信息共享、档案留存等进行标准化管理,推进各参与方协同合作、规范管理,提高设计效率和品质,推动地铁工程设计管理向更加智能化、精细化、高效化的方向发展,构建完善的数据资产体系,为企业数字化转型助力。From the perspective of construction engineering project design management,this article examines the current issues in the design phase of subway engineering,including numerous participants,diverse specialties,and high management complexity.By establishing an intelligent digital design collaborative management platform,it achieves three-dimensional visual design and standardized management of collaborative design,progress implementation,approval processes,information sharing,and archive preservation.This platform promotes collaborative cooperation and standardized management among all participants,enhances design efficiency and quality,drives the development of subway engineering design management towards more intelligent,meticulous,and efficient direction,constructs a comprehensive data asset system,and supports the digital transformation of enterprises.
