摘  要:为了提升高校实训课程教学效果,从线上线下混合式教学入手,以《形体礼仪训练》课程为例,分析了目前实训课教学存在教学内容高阶设计不足、实训教学方法单一、针对性指导难、过程学习量化少、价值引领不足、考核评价单一等“痛点”问题。通过改革与实践,探索形成了内容模块化、教学方法体验化、线上线下混合式闭环、课程思政设计融合性、双层教学评价的教学创新模式。按照“知·能·用·创”模块化分阶重构教学内容,运用体验式教学方法,重塑“个性化、可评估”的混合式闭环教学流程,进行“1个初心,2个主线,3个任务,4个维度,5个融合”的思政育人设计,构建综合评价和积极导向相结合的双层评价体系,学生的礼仪技能和礼仪素养得到了显著提升。To improve the teaching effectiveness of practical training courses in universities,this paper studies the online and offline blended teaching,taking the course Body Etiquette Training as an example.It analyzes the"pain points"of current practical training courses,such as insufficient high-level design of teaching content,limited teaching method for practical training,difficulty in targeted guidance,limited quantification of process learning,insufficient value guidance and single assessment and evaluation.Through reform and practice,a teaching innovation model has been explored and formed,which includes modularization of content,experiential teaching methods,online and offline blended closed-loop teaching,integration of ideological and political education,and double-layer teaching evaluation.According to the modular and hierarchical reconstruction of teaching content based on"knowledge,ability,use,and creation",the experiential teaching method is used to reshape the"personalized and evaluable"blended closed-loop teaching process.A design of ideological and political education with"one initial intention,two main lines,three tasks,four dimensions and five integrations"is carried out.A double-layer evaluation system combining comprehensive evaluation and positive guidance is adopted.The etiquette skills and literacy of students have significantly improved.
