摘 要:为探究p,p'-滴滴涕(p,p'-dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane,p,p'-DDT)在中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)体内的分布特征和生物富集动力学特点,基于双箱动力学模型,采用半静态水质接触染毒方式,通过对富集、释放阶段中华绒螯蟹肌肉、性腺和肝胰腺中p,p'-DDT含量的动态监测结果进行非线性拟合,得到了各组织器官的一级吸收速率常数k_(1)、一级释放速率常数k_(2)、生物富集系数BCF(bioconcentration factor)、富集平衡浓度C_(A-SS)、生物半衰期t_(50)等富集动力学参数。结果显示:各组织中k_(1)为0.021~16.039,k_(2)为0.102~0.191,BCF为0.146~83.974,C_(A-SS)为37.50~19423.50μg·kg^(-1),t_(50)为3.63~6.80 d。模型拟合优势度检验结果显示:中华绒螯蟹在25、500μg·L^(-1)的p,p'-DDT暴露下,肌肉、性腺、肝胰腺对p,p'-DDT的富集和释放过程符合双箱动力学模型。结果表明中华绒螯蟹肌肉、性腺和肝胰腺对p,p'-DDT的k_(1)和BCF随暴露浓度的增大而减小,C_(A-SS)均随暴露浓度的增大而增大,k_(2)和t_(50)则与暴露浓度无明显关联,不同组织对p,p'-DDT的富集效应强弱表现为肝胰腺>性腺>肌肉。To investigate the distribution characteristics and bioconcentration kinetics of p,p'-dichlorodiphenyltri-chloroethane(p,p'-DDT)in Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis,the two-compartment kinetic model was employed.Using the semi-static water exposure method,the study conducted dynamic monitoring of p,p'-DDT concentrations in the muscle,gonad,and hepatopancreas of E.sinensis during both bioconcentration and depuration phases.Non-linear fitting was applied to these monitoring results to obtain various bioconcentration kinetic parameters for each tissue and organ,including first order constant for uptake(k_(1)),first order rate constant for depuration(k_(2)),bioconcentration factor(BCF),concentration in the crab at steady-state(C_(A-SS))and biological half-life(t_(50)).Results among various tissues,k_(1) was 0.021~16.039,k_(2) was 0.102~0.191,BCF was 0.146~83.974,C_(A-SS) was 37.50~19423.50μg·kg^(-1),t_(50) was 3.63~6.80 d.Goodness-of-fit tests indicated that the bioconcentration and depuration processes of p,p'-DDT in muscle,gonad and hepatopancreas conformed to the two-compartment kinetic model while E.sinensis exposed to both 25 and 500μg·L^(-1) p,p'-DDT.In details,k_(1) and BCF in muscle,gonad and hepatopancreas decreased along with the increase of p,p'-DDT concentration.In contrast,C_(A-SS) increased as the concentration raised.Moreover,k_(2) and t_(50) displayed no significant correlation with the exposure concentration variation.As for the difference among tissues,the bioconcentration effect of p,p'-DDT in different tissues ranked as follows:hepatopancreas>gonad>muscle.
