摘　　要：食用植物油在长期储存过程中会在罐底及壁面形成胶状沉积物,清理不及将导致油脂酸败,加速油罐的腐蚀。文中结合植物油罐储油情况阐述了目前植物油罐的清洗现状,简要介绍了油罐清洗机器人的国内外研究成果,分析了油罐清洗机器人的功能及智能化技术,为植物油罐清洗机器人的研究提供了参考。In the process of long-term storage of edible vegetable oil,a colloidal deposit is formed on the bottom and wall of the tank.If it is not cleaned in time,it will cause oil acid deficiency and accelerate the corrosion of the tank.Combined with the oil storage situation of plant oil tank,the current cleaning status of plant oil tank was described,the research results of oil tank cleaning robot at home and abroad were briefly introduced,and the function and intelligent technology of oil tank cleaning robot were analyzed,which provided a reference for the research of plant oil tank cleaning robot.
