摘 要:基于林业要素错配视角,采用2011—2021年省级面板数据,构建双重机器学习模型,实证分析南方集体林区数字技术对森林生态产品价值实现效率的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明:(1)从影响效应上看,数字技术对森林生态产品价值实现效率提升存在显著的促进作用。(2)从作用机理上看,数字技术能够有效缓解林业生产要素错配问题进而推动森林生态产品价值实现效率提升。其中,数字技术缓解资本要素错配效应最强,劳动力错配次之,土地错配最弱。(3)从异质性分析上看,数字技术会因为地区经济发展水平和森林资源富集程度的不同对森林生态产品价值实现效率产生差异性影响。据此,提出了要加快推进数字技术与森林产业深度融合、充分发挥数字技术对生产要素配置作用、因地制宜地探索各地区发展道路的政策建议。⑴Background——The value realization of forest ecological products is a powerful means for the transformation of“Two Mountains”and solving the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment.However,factors misallocation,information asymmetry,low efficiency of labor production and other problems restrict the value realization of forest ecological products.Digital technology has the characteristics of permeability,substitutability and synergy,which can be widely embedded in various economic production activities and alleviate the constraints in the process of realizing the value of forest ecological products.⑵Methods——Based on the panel data of 10 provinces in the southern collective forest areas from 2011 to 2021,the entropy weight method was used to evaluate the development level of digital technology in each province,and the super-efficiency SBM model was used to estimate the realization efficiency of the value of forest ecological products.This paper selected the development level of digital technology as the core explanatory variable,the value realization efficiency of forest ecological products as the core explained variable,and the misallocation of forestry capital,forestry labor forces and forestry land as the mechanism variable,and selected some indicators from the three aspects of natural conditions,economic development and social development as the control variables.The double machine learning model and intermediary effect model were used to empirically analyze the impact of digital technology on the value realization efficiency of forest ecological products and its mechanism in the southern collective forest areas.⑶Results——First,digital technology has a significant positive impact on the value realization efficiency of forest ecological products,and its regression coefficient is 2.1324,and the conclusion remains unchanged after the robustness and endogeneity tests.Second,digital technology can improve the efficiency of realizing the value of forest ecological
