摘  要:分层教学法通过提供不同层次的教学内容,满足不同学习能力和需求学生的个性化学习要求,有效促进学生之间的差异化学习,提高了课堂参与度和学习效率。该文以汽车发动机实训课程为例,基于分层教学法应用原理,构建中职汽车发动机实训课堂中分层教学法的方法和措施,阐述基于分层教学法的课前预习、课堂实施和课后成果交流过程,课程结束后对学生的学习成效、教学满意度等进行调查。结果表明,分层教学法显著提升学生的学习效率和教学质量,该教学模式不仅增强学生对汽车发动机技术的理解,还促进了学生实践技能的提升,为中职教育提供一种有效的教学策略。By providing different levels of teaching content and activities,the tiered teaching method can effectively meet the individualized learning needs of students with different learning abilities and needs,can effectively promote differentiated learning among students,and improve classroom participation and learning efficiency.This paper takes automobile engine practical training course as an example,based on the application principle of hierarchical teaching method,composes the methods and measures of implementing hierarchical teaching method in secondary automobile engine practical training classroom,elaborates the process of pre-study before class,classroom implementation and exchange of results after class based on hierarchical teaching method,and conducts a survey on the students’learning effectiveness and teaching satisfaction survey at the end of the course,and the results show that the hierarchical teaching method significantly improves the students’learning efficiency and teaching quality.This teaching mode not only enhances students’understanding of automobile engine technology,but also promotes their practical skills,which can provide an effective teaching strategy for secondary education.
