摘　　要：科学合理配煤不仅可以保证焦炭质量,同时也可以合理利用煤炭资源、节约优质炼焦精煤、降低生产成本。因此对周口钢铁168万吨焦化筒仓备煤的配煤工艺及其控制系统进行了研究,确定了“上位机+PLC控制系统+犁煤机+卸煤机+电子秤”模式的总体设计方案,得出了控制系统的总体结构及原理,并对硬件系统和软件系统进行了设计,以便在提高焦炭产量的同时保证焦炭质量的稳定。Scientific and rational coal blending can not only ensure the quality of coke,but also make rational use of coal resources,save high-quality coking clean coal and reduce production costs.Therefore,the coal blending process and control system for the 1.68 million ton coking silo of Zhoukou Steel were studied,the overall design scheme of the“upper computer+PLC control system+plow coal machine+coal unloader+electronic scale”mode was determined,the overall structure and principle of the control system were obtained,and the hardware and software systems were designed to ensure the stability of coke quality while increasing coke production.
