摘  要:数智时代要求财会人员具备信息技术应用和数据分析技能,以更好地适应企业的转型需求。而职业院校需要与企业建立紧密的合作关系,根据行业发展趋势和职业技能需求,及时调整人才培养方向,提高学生的职业素养水平。因此,通过运用数据分析方法,从学校、企业和学生三个维度入手,构建高职院校财会专业人才培养影响因素模型,并针对性地提出加强财会专业学生数据分析与业务洞察能力培养、强化数字化技术应用、提高学科综合素质等策略,进而提升高职院校财会类专业育人质量。The age of digital intelligence requires accountants to have information technology application and data analysis skills to better adapt to the transformation needs of enterprises.Vocational colleges need to establish a close cooperative relationship with enterprises,adjust the direction of talent training in time according to the development trend of the industry and the demand for vocational skills,and improve the level of professional literacy of students.Therefore,by using data analysis method and starting from the three dimensions of schools,enterprises and students,this paper builds a model of influencing factors for the cultivation of finance and accounting specialty talents in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward targeted strategies such as strengthening the cultivation of data analysis and business insight ability of finance and accounting students,strengthening the application of digital technology,and improving the comprehensive quality of disciplines,so as to improve the education quality of finance and accounting majors in higher vocational colleges.
