摘 要:在师范类专业认证工作中,专家重视考察教学论教师在学科属性认知、教学方法培养、联系中小学等方面的作用。通过对陕西7所地方本科高校教学论教师队伍现状进行调查,发现存在职前缺乏中学实践锻炼、职中“三习”与基础教育脱节、职后缺乏职称晋升特殊支持政策等共性问题。在此基础上,就地方本科高校教学论教师发挥“教师之师”和“多元角色”之功能提出了对策建议。In the professional certification of teachers,experts pay attention to the role of teaching-theory teachers in the cognition of subject attributes,the training of teaching methods,and the contact with primary and secondary schools.Through the investigation of the implementation of teaching theory courses in 7 local colleges and universities in Shaanxi province,it is found that there are some common problems,such as the lack of practice in middle school before work,the disconnection between“three classes”and basic education in work,and the lack of special policies for promotion of professional titles after work.On the basis of this,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the teaching-theory teachers to play the functions of“teachers’teacher”and“multiple roles”.
