摘 要:随着我国经济社会的快速发展,创业已成为备受大学生关注的话题,大学生创业能力的培育显得愈发重要。然而,当前大学生创业能力整体水平不高,且缺乏实际操作经验和创新意识。探索如何有效培养大学生的创业能力,提升大学生的创业成功概率具有十分重要的现实意义。当前,大学生创业能力培育主要存在培育模式单一、个人创业能力不强、理论与实践脱节等问题。对此,文章从政策支持、高校人才培养模式、创业教育评价体系等多个方面进行分析,以期为大学生创业能力培育提供参考和借鉴,进一步完善创业教育体系,全面促进大学生创业能力提升,助力中国式现代化建设。With the rapid development of China's economy and society,entrepreneurship has become a topic of great concern for college students,and cultivating their entrepreneurial abilities has become increasingly important.However,the overall level of entrepreneurial ability among current college students is not high,and they lack practical operational experience and innovative consciousness.How to effectively cultivate the entrepreneurial ability of college students and enhance their probability of success in entrepreneurship has significant practical guidance significance.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the current entrepreneurial ability of college students mainly faces problems such as a single cultivation model,weak personal entrepreneurial ability,and a disconnect between theory and practice.In this regard,the article analyzes from multiple aspects such as policy support,talent cultivation models in universities,and evaluation systems for entrepreneurship education,in order to provide reference and inspiration for the cultivation of college students'entrepreneurial abilities,further improve the education system for entrepreneurship,comprehensively promote the improvement of college students'entrepreneurial abilities,and assist China's modernization construction.
