摘 要:座椅侧气囊(SAB)可有效减缓侧面碰撞时乘员胸腹部受到挫伤的程度,2024版中国新车评价规程(C-NCAP)对于SAB开发要求更为严格。文章围绕2024版C-NCAP的变化点、规则性能提升要求等,采用仿真分析的方法分析了气袋袋型、折叠方式对SAB性能的影响,对优化后SAB进行零部件、系统的仿真对标,确认更改SAB设计可以有效改善系统仿真模型中假人抬手臂姿态、降低假人伤害指标,最终通过实车验证保护效果的改善,这对后续项目SAB的设计开发具有一定的指导作用。The seat side air bag(SAB) can effectively reduce the degree of chest and abdomen contusion in side collision,and the 2024 version of China-new car assessment program(C-NCAP)has more stringent requirements for the development of SAB.Focusing on the change point and regular performance improvement requirements of 2024 C-NCAP,this paper uses simulation analysis method to analyze the influence of air bag type and folding mode on SAB performance,and carries out simulation benchmarking of parts and systems after optimization of SAB.It is confirmed that changing the SAB design can effectively improve the arm lifting posture of the dummy in the system simulation model,reduce the damage index of the dummy,and finally verify the improvement of the protection effect through the real car,which has a certain guiding role for the design and development of the SAB in the subsequent project.
