校企融合下大学生思想政治教育协同发展机制研究

摘　　要：在大学生思想政治教育中融入职业精神、知识技能培训、企业文化等内容,有利于促进学生的全面发展,引领学生健康成长,增强学生职业适应性。在校企融合背景下,高职院校应建立“纵向贯通、横向联动、内外协同”的思政教育机制,通过思政教学队伍建设、教学资源整合、教学方法创新以及完善评价体系,推动思政教育与职业教育的深度融合,培养符合社会需求的高素质技术技能人才。Integrating professional spirit,knowledge and skills training,corporate culture and other contents into ideological and political education for college students is conducive to promoting their comprehensive development,leading their healthy growth,and enhancing their professional adaptability.In the context of school enterprise integration,vocational colleges should establish an ideological and political education mechanism that is"vertically connected,horizontally linked,and internally and externally coordinated".Through the construction of ideological and political teaching teams,integration of teaching resources,innovation of teaching methods,and improvement of evaluation systems,the deep integration of ideological and political education and vocational education should be promoted,and high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet social needs should be cultivated.
