摘　　要：在信息化背景下,人们的生产、生活与信息技术的关联愈发紧密,国家的发展和社会的进步都需要高素质的计算机专业人才,而高职院校作为培养计算机专业人才的主要阵地,自然应承担起相应的社会职责。以就业为导向的高职计算机教学模式可以更好地培养学生的专业技能和综合素质,提高他们的就业竞争力。文章立足高职院校计算机专业教学现状,从建设“双师”队伍、优化课程结构、创新教学方法以及推动校企合作等多个方面,探讨以就业为导向的高职计算机教学模式的优化策略,旨在达成培养高素质、复合型计算机人才的目标。In the context of informatization,the relationship between people's production,life,and information technology has become increasingly close.The development of the country and the progress of society require high-quality computer professionals,and vocational colleges,as the main battlefield for cultivating computer professionals,should naturally assume corresponding social responsibilities.The employment oriented computer teaching model in higher vocational education can better cultivate students'professional skills and comprehensive qualities,and improve their employment competitiveness.The article is based on the current situation of computer teaching in vocational colleges,and elaborates on the main directions of computer teaching in higher vocational colleges under employment orientation.From multiple aspects such as optimizing course structure,innovating teaching methods,building a dual teacher team,and promoting school-enterprise cooperation,it explores the optimization strategies of employment oriented computer teaching mode in higher vocational colleges,aiming to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality and versatile computer talents.
