摘  要:构建高校文化育人共同体,是以整体育人观和系统思维推进文化育人的有益探索。基于马克思主义人学思想阐释高校文化育人共同体的概念内涵,从理论逻辑、政策逻辑和实践逻辑三方面揭示其内在逻辑,挖掘其价值意蕴,提出凝聚文化育人共同体价值共识、构建高校文化育人协同机制、营造高校“以文化人”全方位协同育人环境等高校文化育人共同体实践路径。Building a community of cultural education in colleges and universities is a beneficial exploration of promoting cultural education through a holistic perspective on education and systematic thinking.This paper elaborates on the concept and connotation of the community of cultural education in colleges and universities from the perspective of Marxist human thought,and proposes its internal logic from three aspects:theoretical logic,policy logic,and practical logic.This paper explores the value connotation of the community of cultural education in colleges and universities,and proposes the practical path of building a community of cultural education in colleges and universities,such as consolidating the value consensus of the community of cultural education,constructing a collaborative mechanism for cultural education in colleges and universities,and creating a comprehensive collaborative environment for cultural education in colleges and universities.
