摘　　要：随着建筑行业对项目交付模式要求的不断提高,EPC项目模式因其一体化的服务优势而日益受到重视.在此模式下,建筑施工企业面临复杂的资金流管理和资金风险控制问题.针对这一问题,文章提出了一套有效的资金流管理与风险控制策略,通过数据分析方法对资金流动态进行预测与分析,结合成本-收益原理优化资金配置,旨在为建筑施工企业提供指导,优化财务表现,降低项目风险.With the continuous improvement of the construction industry's requirements for project delivery mode,EPC project mode has been paid more and more attention because of its integrated service advantages.Under this mode,construction enterprises are faced with complicated capital flow management and capital risk control.To solve this problem,this study proposes a set of effective capital flow management and risk control strategies,forecasts and analyzes the dynamics of capital flow through data analysis methods,and optimizes capital allocation based on cost-benefit principle,aiming to provide guidance for construction enterprises,optimize financial performance and reduce project risks.
