摘　　要：在当前快速变化的市场环境下,民营企业面临激烈的竞争,如何提高企业内部管理水平,尤其是加强预算编制和执行管理,对民营企业来说显得尤为重要.文章首先阐述了民营企业预算编制与预算执行概述,深刻揭示了预算编制和预算执行中面临的问题,如预算编制程序需要改进、预算编制方法单一滞后、预算执行监督流于形式等,最后制订了改进策略,包含改进预算编制程序、创新预算编制方法、创新预算执行监督等.In the rapidly changing market environment,private enterprises are facing fierce competitive pressure.It is particularly important for private enterprises to improve their internal management level,especially to strengthen budget preparation and execution management.This article first elaborates on the overview of budget preparation and execution in private enterprises,profoundly revealing the problems faced in budget preparation and execution,such as the need for improvement in budget preparation procedures,single and lagging budget preparation methods,and superficial budget execution supervision.Finally,improvement strategies are formulated,including improving budget preparation procedures,innovating budget preparation methods,and innovating budget execution supervision.
