经济增长视角下地摊经济与城市空间规划的协调发展

摘　　要：地摊经济在推动城市经济发展、解决基层人口就业、增加城市经济发展活力等方面发挥了重要的作用.从城市发展历程来看,地摊经济在伴随城市发展过程中出现反复式发展特点,其主要原因是城市发展中规划和治理的规范化与治理能力不足导致的非正规化之间矛盾,这一矛盾也导致地摊经济与城市空间规划此消彼长,难以真正协同,影响了经济发展质量.文章以黄花菜市场作为研究对象,构建了功能-空间-理论制度模型,在进行访谈和充分调研的基础上探索了地摊经济城市空间规划的作用机制,针对影响消费者在地摊经济消费的体验感以及满意度因素进行KJ法分析,进而提出优化城市空间规划、提升顾客体验的地摊经济发展策略,以期能够激发经济活力,提升城市空间规划质量,为推动城市高质量发展奠定良好的基础.The market economy has played an important role in promoting urban economic development,solving the employment problem of the grass-roots population,and increasing the vitality of urban economic development.From the perspective of the urban development process,the characteristics of repeated development of the farmland economy in the process of urban development are mainly due to the contradiction between the standardization of planning and governance in urban development and the non-normalization caused by insufficient governance capacity.This contradiction also leads to the decline of the farmland economy and urban spatial planning,which is difficult to truly coordinate,and affects the quality of economic development.This paper takes daylower market as the research object,builds a function-space-theory system model,explores the mechanism of urban spatial planning of market economy on the basis of interviews and full investigation,and analyzes the factors affecting consumersexperience and satisfaction in market economy by KJ method,and then proposes to optimize urban spatial planning.The development strategy of market economy to enhance customer experience is expected to stimulate economic vitality,improve the quality of urban spatial planning,and lay a good foundation for promoting high-quality urban development.
