摘  要:为了促进全球绿色低碳转型,国家提出构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统.营销管理作为发电企业和电力用户关系联系的纽带,跟进产业结构改革是势在必行的任务.文章针对目前发电企业营销管理中存在的服务质量、营销管理基础和团队人员问题进行了分析,从品牌形象、营销人员综合素质和企业信息化建设等方面,提出了一些帮助发电企业提高电力营销管理能力的方案,为促进发电企业成功转型和实现碳中和目标提供一定的帮助.In order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote global green and low-carbon transformation,it is proposed to build a new power system with new energy as the main body.As the link between power generation enterprises and power users,marketing management is an imperative task to follow up the reform of industrial structure.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the marketing management of power generation enterprises,such as service quality,marketing management foundation and team personnel,the paper proposes some schemes to improve the marketing management of power generation enterprises from the aspects of brand image,comprehensive quality of marketing personnel and enterprise information construction.To promote the successful transformation of power generation enterprises and achieve the goal of carbon neutrality to provide some help.
