摘  要:随着时代的发展,人力资源在组织中的价值被日益重视.当前,公立医院人员管理工作已成为公立医院管理中的重点.薪酬与绩效作为对人员进行管理及激励的重要方式,科学的薪酬与绩效管理体系能够提高人员工作积极性,以此来提高医院管理水平.文章对公立医院薪酬与绩效相关工作要求进行分析,探讨了医院如何在发展环节中形成完善的措施优化薪酬与绩效管理体系,对医院提高人员工作积极性以及促进医院人员有序工作具有一定价值.With the development of The Times,the value of human resources in the organization has been increasingly paid attention to,in the current personnel management in public hospitals has become the focus of public hospital management.As an important way to manage and motivate personnel,a scientific salary and performance management system can improve the enthusiasm of personnel to improve the level of hospital management.This paper analyzes the work requirements related to the salary and performance of public hospitals,and discusses how hospitals form perfect measures to optimize the salary and performance management system in the development link,which is of certain value for improving the work enthusiasm of hospital staff and promoting the orderly work of hospital staff.
