摘 要:现今新能源汽车快速发展,高职院校作为汽车行业技术性人才的重要来源,其作用越来越重要。文章就现今高职院校新能源汽车电子控制系统专业人才培养存在的问题进行研究分析,并提出相应的解决方案。首先分析新能源汽车技术对电子控制系统专业人才需求的变化,指出高职院校的传统教育模式在课程更新、师资力量和学生实习、实践等方面的不足。针对高职院校相关问题推出解决方案,具体包括及时更新课程内容、提升教师队伍技术储备、推广校企合作模式。这些举措为学生提供更全面、更实用的教学体验,进而应对新能源汽车电子控制系统行业日益复杂的挑战。Nowadays,the rapid development of new energy vehicles,higher vocational colleges and universities as an important source of technical talents in the automotive industry,its role is increasingly important.This paper studies and analyses the problems existing in the cultivation of electronic control system professionals of new energy vehicles in higher vocational colleges and puts forward corresponding solutions.First of all,it analyses the changes in the demand for electronic control system professional talents in new energy automobile technology,and points out that the traditional education mode of higher vocational colleges and universities is insufficient in the aspects of curriculum updating,teacher's strength and students'internship and practice.Solutions are introduced for the relevant problems in higher vocational colleges and universities,specifically including timely updating of curriculum content,upgrading the technical reserve of the teaching team,and promoting the mode of school-enterprise co-operation.These initiatives provide students with a more comprehensive and practical teaching experience,which in turn meets the increasingly complex challenges of the new energy vehicle electronic control system industry.
