生态系统理论下的大学生考研动机研究

摘　　要：本文从生态系统理论的视角探讨“大环境”(社会价值导向、家庭态度)和“小环境”(学校学风、教师水平)与个人学风及考研动机之间的关系,分析多层次因素如何共同作用于学生的考研动机。通过对某高校拟考研学生调查数据进行实证分析发现,社会价值导向和家庭态度对考研动机具有显著正向影响,印证“大环境”对学生教育决策的重要性。“小环境”学校学风和教师水平对考研动机具有间接影响,反映高等教育的角色和影响力发生了转移。链式中介效应分析发现,教师水平和学校学风作为教育环境的核心组成部分,通过影响学生的个人学风,形成影响学生考研动机的关键链路。研究结果揭示“大环境”和“小环境”影响学生教育选择的复杂交互机制。Facing the phenomenon of the sudden rise of the postgraduate entrance examination in the"double non-governmental"universities,to explore the influencing factors behind the boom of postgraduate entrance examination,from the Perspective of Ecological Systems Theory,examined the roles of macro(Societal Value,Family Attitudes)and microenvironments(School Culture,Teacher Quality),and their relationships with Individual Learning Styles and Postgraduate Study Intentions.Thereby enriching understanding of how various elements in the educational process collectively impact student decision-making.Empirical analysis was conducted on survey data from university students in Sichuan,China.The findings highlighted the significant positive influence of societal value orientation and family attitudes,underscoring the importance of the external macro environment in students'educational decisions.The indirect influence of"microenvironments"School Culture and Teachers'Quality on the Postgraduate Study Intentions reflects the shift in the role and influence of higher education.The chain-mediated effects found that teacher quality and school culture,as core components of the educational environment,further influence students'individual learning styles,forming key pathways that affect students'intentions to pursue postgraduate studies.The research findings revealed the complex interactive mechanism that affects students'education choice.
