医学院校学生基层就业意愿的现状分析和对策研究——以广西医科大学为例

摘　　要：通过对广西医科大学在校学生进行问卷调查,了解医学专业在校学生基层就业意愿的现状及原因,为高校基层就业宣传指导工作提供参考。调查显示,27.0%的学生愿意选择基层就业,73.0%的学生表示不考虑基层就业。其中“发展空间小”“薪资和福利低”是阻碍医学院校毕业生到基层就业的主要原因。可以从政策鼓励、院校就业指导等方面吸引毕业生加入基层工作。A questionnaire survey was conducted among students at Guangxi Medical University to understand the current status and reasons behind medical students'willingness to work in grassroots settings.The findings provide reference for guiding and promoting grassroots employment in higher education institutions.The survey shows that 27.0% of students are willing to choose grassroots employment,while 73.0% are not considering it.The main reasons hindering medical graduates from working in grassroots settings are“limited development opportunities”and“low salary and benefits”.Measures such as policy incentives and improved career guidance from institutions can be taken to attract graduates to grassroots work.
