摘 要:目的:调查针灸推拿专业视障大学生对康复相关知识的需求情况。方法:选取44名高年级针灸推拿专业视障大学生,通过问卷调查他们对本专业课程体系中康复课程学时设置的看法及对康复相关知识的需求程度。结果:65.9%的针灸推拿专业视障大学生认为现有课程体系中的康复课程安排较少或极少,29.5%认为安排适当,4.5%认为康复相关课程安排较多。对于康复相关知识需求,针灸推拿专业视障大学生对运动疗法的需求程度最高,42人(95.4%)认为非常需要或比较需要。其次为作业治疗和言语治疗的康复知识。结论:针灸推拿专业视障大学生对运动疗法的康复知识有迫切需求,但现有课程设置较少,学时偏低。建议加强相关课程的开展与讲解,帮助视障学生获取更多知识,拓宽就业渠道。Objective:To investigate the needs for rehabilitation-related knowledge among visually impaired university students majoring in acupuncture and tuina.Methods:A total of 44 senior students in the acupuncture and tuina program with visual impairments were surveyed using a questionnaire to assess their views on the curriculum structure and their needs for rehabilitation knowledge.Results:65.9% of the students felt that the current curriculum has insufficient or very limited rehabilitation courses,29.5% felt the arrangement was appropriate,and 4.5% felt there were too many rehabilitation courses.Among the rehabilitation knowledge needs,the highest demand was for knowledge on exercise therapy,with 42 students(95.3%)expressing that they either very much need or somewhat need it.This was followed by needs for knowledge in occupational therapy and speech therapy.Conclusion:Visually impaired students majoring in acupuncture and tuina have an urgent need for rehabilitation knowledge,especially in exercise therapy,but the current curriculum offers limited content and class hours.It is recommended to enhance the delivery and explanation of relevant courses to provide these students with more knowledge and broaden their employment opportunities.
