摘  要:目的:探讨基于认知冲突的“三部曲”床旁教学在胰腺疾病科护理实习生带教中的应用效果。方法:选取胰腺疾病科的60名护理实习生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法平均分为两组,将30名设为对照组,30名设为试验组。对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用基于认知冲突的“三部曲”床旁教学。对比并分析两组带教效果的差异。结果:试验组理论知识、技能操作和护理查体3项考核成绩及临床综合能力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于认知冲突的“三部曲”床旁教学能够有效提高胰腺疾病科护理实习生的专业知识技能和临床综合能力,值得应用和推广。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of cognitive conflict-based“Three-Step”bedside teaching in training nursing interns in the pancreatic disease department.Methods:A total of 60 nursing interns from the pancreatic disease department were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 interns in each group.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was taught using the cognitive conflict-based“Three-Step”bedside teaching model.Differences in teaching effectiveness between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge,skills performance,and nursing physical examination,as well as overall clinical competency compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive conflict-based“Three-Step”bedside teaching effectively enhances the professional knowledge,skills,and clinical competence of nursing interns in the pancreatic disease department,and is worthy of application and promotion.
