摘 要:针对生产过程中人工参与度高、岗位加工工时波动较大和产线拥堵情况较多的生产车间,在物料消耗无规律的情况下,传统基于经验的物料配送方案难以快速、精准地补给缺料岗位。为提高上述车间的物流配送效率,提出一种车间物流车实时配送方案规划方法。基于车间数字孪生监测系统获取到的实时数据,为每个生产岗位划分岗位配送优先级,并基于优先级得出备选配送序列,再使用A*算法搜索最短的配送路径。通过实例分析可知,相比传统配送方案,所提方案规划时间更短、配送成本更低,验证了所提方法的可行性和优越性。For production workshops with high manual participation,large fluctuations in post processing hours and more production line congestion in the production process,in the case of irregular material consumption,it is difficult for traditional experience-based material distribution scheme to quickly and accurately supply the material missing posts.In order to improve the logistics distribution efficiency of the workshop,a real-time distribution scheme planning method of workshop logistics truck was proposed.Based on the real-time data obtained by the workshop digital twin monitoring system,each production post was assigned a distribution priority,and alternative distribution sequence was obtained based on the priority,and then A*algorithm was used to search for the shortest distribution path.Through the example analysis,comparing with the traditional distribution scheme,the proposed method has shorter planning time and lower distribution costs,the feasibility and superiority of the proposed method is verified.
