摘  要:纵倾平衡系统可以调整无人潜航器的航行姿态,使潜航器安全可靠航行,文章结合现有研究现状,设计搭建试验台,从纵倾平衡系统管路压力特性、管路包覆材料、管路加装蓄能器3个方面进行了试验。试验数据表明,管路压力波动的最大值与调水压力初值近似呈线性关系,水锤冲击压力脉动时间约为0.2 s;管路包覆阻尼材料和加装蓄能器可有效抑制管道振动,2种抑制手段最高使压力振幅降低32.8%。The trim balance system can adjust the navigation attitude of unmanned underwater vehicles,en⁃suring safe and reliable navigation.Based on the existing research,this paper designed and built a test bench,and conducted tests from three aspects:the pressure characteristics of the trim balance system pipeline,the pipeline wrapping material,and the installation of an accumulator in the pipeline.The test data shows that the maximum fluc⁃tuation of pipeline pressure is approximately linearly related to the initial value of water regulating pressure,with a water hammer impact pressure fluctuation time of about 0.2 seconds;the wrapping of damping materials on the pipe⁃line and the installation of an accumulator can effectively suppress pipeline vibration.The two suppression methods can reduce the pressure amplitude by up to 32.8%.
