摘 要:针对传统模切机驱动机构存在弹性变形和惯性力过大的问题,笔者基于运动学原理分析驱动机构中传动杆的受力分布,提出一种基于全对称结构的“I”字形轻量化驱动杆。将驱动杆最小弹性变形和轻量化作为优化目标,采用差分进化(differential evolution,DE)算法和Jaya算法混合组合(hybrid combination DE Jaya,HCDJ)算法对驱动杆的结构参数进行优化,以提升收敛速度和优化迭代的准确性。优化结果表明:驱动杆在模切力为3.43×10^(6)N、转速为130 r/min的工况下,最大变形量由0.097 mm降低至0.010 mm,总质量由15.867 kg降低至13.960 kg。该轻量化驱动杆适用于模切速度快、精度高的模切设备。Aiming at the problem of excessive elastic deformation and inertia force in drive mechanism oftraditional die cutting machine,the force condition of the transmission rod in the driving mechanism based on kinematic principles,and a“I”shaped lightweight driving rod based on a fully symmetrical structure was proposed.The minimum elastic deformation and lightweight of the drive rod were taken as the optimization objectives,and the structural parameters of the drive rod were optimized by using the hybrid combination differential evolution(DE)and Jaya algorithm to improve convergence speed and optimize iteration accuracy.The experimental results show that the maximum deformation of the drive rod is reduced from 0.097 mm to 0.010 mm,and the total weight is reduced from 15.867 kg to 13.960 kg under the working condition of die cutting force of 3.43×10^(6)N and rotational speed of 130 r/min.It is suitable for the die cutting equipment with high speed and high die cutting accuracy.
