摘　　要：目的探究对口腔颌面外科患者手术治疗后,实施改良式口腔护理干预的效果及影响。方法选择2021年10月至2023年10月我院收治的口腔颌面外科手术患者70例作为重点研究人员,依照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=35)予以常规护理,观察组(n=35)予以改良式口腔护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组口腔清洁优良率、护理满意度、生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将改良式口腔护理干预应用于口腔颌面外科患者中,可有效提高患者口腔清洁度,降低患者并发症发生率,减轻负性情绪,提升患者生活质量及护理满意度,有助于患者预后改善。Objective To explore the effect and influence of modified oral nursing intervention in oral and maxillofacial surgery patients.Methods A total of 70 patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as key researchers and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=35)received routine care,and the observation group(n=35)gave improved oral care intervention to compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The scores of oral cleanliness excellence,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total complication rate,anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS),and depression self-assessment scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of improved oral nursing intervention to patients in oral and maxillofacial surgery can effectively improve the oral cleanliness of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,reduce negative emotions,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,and help to improve the prognosis of patients.
