摘　　要：总结1例高龄老年自身免疫性胰腺炎患者的护理体会。针对自身免疫性胰腺炎实施符合高龄老年患者需求的护理干预措施,主要包括:病情观察、消毒隔离、饮食管理、皮肤护理、用药护理、心理护理等。经准确的治疗和精心的护理,患者病情稳定,出院休养。Summarize the nursing experience of a geriatric patient with autoimmune pancreatitis.The nursing interventions for autoimmune pancreatitis that meet the needs of elderly patients mainly include:condition observation,disinfection and isolation,dietary management,skin care,medication nursing,and psychological nursing.With accurate treatment and meticulous care,the patient's condition was stabilized and they were discharged for recuperation.
