摘 要:目的探究急性胰腺炎治疗中配合个体化健康教育护理干预方案应用效果。方法选用2022年2月至2024年2月于我院接受救治的200例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究主体,依照接受干预方式不同分为对照组与研究组,对照组接受常规护理,研究组配合开展个体化健康教育。借助简易疾病感知问卷(BIPQ)与自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评估护理模式对患者疾病认知及自我护理能力影响,比较观察两组疾病了解程度与自护能力、生命质量改变。结果研究组经干预后两组量表评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组经干预后SF-36生活质量量表各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于急性胰腺炎疾病,注重确切性治疗的同时还需要关注患者对疾病认知情况,开展个体化健康教育模式利于提升患者自护能力与生活质量,利于改善患者预后,临床可进一步推广运用。Objective To explore the application effect of individualized health education and nursing intervention in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods Selected 200 patients with acute pancreatitis who received treatment at our hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 as the research subjects,and divided them into a control group and a study group according to different intervention methods.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group was provided with personalized health education.The Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ)and the European Self-care Capacity Scale(ESCA)were used to assess the impact of the nursing model on patients'disease cognition and self-care ability,and to compare the changes in disease understanding,self-care ability,and quality of life between the two groups.Results By using the Simple Disease Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ)and Self Care Ability Scale(ESCA)to evaluate the impact of nursing models on patient disease cognition and self-care ability,it was found that the study group had better scores on both scales than the control group after intervention(P<0.05),After intervention,the scores of various dimensions of the SF-36 Quality of Life Scale in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For acute pancreatitis,while emphasizing precise treatment,attention should also be paid to the patient's understanding of the disease.Implementing individualized health education models is beneficial for improving patient self-care ability and quality of life,improving patient prognosis,and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
