摘　　要：目的 综合分析两种不同手术方法治疗翼状胬肉对患者泪膜稳定性的影响。方法 目的抽样法选取2021年1月—2023年9月江苏省徐州市丰县人民医院眼科收治的100例翼状胬肉患者(100眼)为研究对象。根据治疗方法不同,分为对照组(应用翼状胬肉切除伴羊膜植片移植术)和研究组(应用翼状胬肉切除伴自体细胞移植术),各50例(50眼)。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、术后并发症(术后感染、前房炎性反应、角膜水肿、干眼症)发生情况、术后创面愈合时间以及泪膜功能和屈光状态。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组术后并发症发生率更低,术后创面愈合时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。术前,两组泪膜功能和屈光状态比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);术后,研究组泪膜功能和屈光状态优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 翼状胬肉切除伴自体细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉患者更有效,术后创面愈合更快。Objective To comprehensively analyze the effect of two different surgical methods on the stability of pterygium patients.Methods One hundred patients(one hundred eyes) with pterygium admitted to the ophthalmology department of Feng County People's Hospital in Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province from January 2021 to September 2023were selected as the study objects by target sampling method.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group(using pterygium excision with amniotic membrane transplantation) and a study group(using pterygium excision with autologous cell transplantation),with fifty cases(fifty eyes) in each group.The total effective rate of treatment,incidence of postoperative complications(postoperative infection,anterior chamber inflammatory response,corneal edema,dry eye syndrome),postoperative wound healing time,tear film function,and refractive status were compared between two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 82.00%(41/50) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had a lower incidence of postoperative complications and a shorter wound healing time,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in tear film function and refractive status between the two groups(all P>0.05).After surgery,the tear film function and refractive status of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of pterygium excision and autologous cell transplantation is more effective in treatment of patients with pterygium,and the postoperative wound healing is faster.
