摘　　要：目的 探讨重睑术后患者泪液分泌水平的变化情况。方法 回顾性选取2020年12月—2022年9月赤峰朝聚眼科医院行切开法重睑术的31例(62眼)患者的临床资料,分别于术前、术后1周、术后1个月和术后3个月检查患者泪液分泌、泪膜破裂时间和泪河高度统计及术后并发症情况。结果 手术前后各时间点泪液分泌、泪膜破裂时间和泪河高度差异比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。手术前患者泪膜破裂时间为(7.96±6.41)s,短于术后1周的(12.90±6.49)s,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.02,P<0.05),而术后1个月和3个月与术前相比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。所有患者术后均未发生明显严重并发症。结论 重睑手术后泪膜破裂时间在术后1周时较术前改善,而重睑手术对泪液分泌和泪河高度无明显影响。Objective To investigate the change of tear secretion level in patients with double eyelid surgery.Methods The clinical data of thirty-one patients(sixty-two eyes) who underwent open double eyelid surgery in Chifeng Chaoju Eye Hospital from December 2020 to September 2022 were retrospectively selected.The statistics of tear secretion,tear film rupture time,lacrimal river height and postoperative complications were examined before surgery,1week after surgery,1 month after surgery and 3 months after surgery.Results There were no significant differences in tear secretion,tear film rupture time and lacrimal river height at all time points before and after operation(all P>0.05).The rupture time of tear film before surgery was(7.96±6.41) s,which was shorter than(12.90±6.49) s in one week after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-4.02,P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance 1month and 3 months after surgery compared with the operation(both P>0.05).No significant complications occurred in all patients.Conclusion The rupture time of tear film after double eyelid surgery was improved at 1 week after surgery,but double eyelid surgery had no significant effect on tear secretion and lacrimal river height.
