摘　　要：2017年,我国提出了培育全过程工程咨询的发展目标。住建部在全国多个省市开展全过程工程咨询试点工作。在政策的大力支持下,全过程工程咨询服务模式正在全国范围内加快发展。从全过程工程咨询发展路径来看,全过程工程咨询资质资信的横向融合、业务管理的纵向融合、专业技术平台融合和工程咨询人才培养的多维融合,将共同构成“金融咨询+工程咨询”项目建设全生命周期价值链,助力全过程工程咨询向高附加值方向发展。Whole-process engineering consulting is becoming the direction of transformation and development in China's engineering consulting industry.In 2017,China set the development goal of fostering whole-process engineering consulting.The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has carried out pilot work on whole-process engineering consulting in many provinces and cities across the country.With strong policy support,the whole-process engineering consulting service model is accelerating its development nationwide.Looking at the development path of whole-process engineering consulting,the horizontal integration of qualification and credit,vertical integration of business management,integration of professional technical platforms,and multi-dimensional integration of engineering consulting talent training will together constitute the“financial consulting+engineering consulting”project construction full life cycle value chain,helping whole-process engineering consulting evolve towards high added value.
