摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合顺铂方案化疗、替雷利珠单抗治疗膀胱癌的疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2022年1月旬阳市人民医院收治的92例膀胱癌患者作为研究对象,依照随机数表法分为常规组与观察组,每组46例。常规组采用顺铂方案化疗及替雷利珠单抗治疗,观察组通过经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合顺铂方案化疗、替雷利珠单抗治疗。比较两组生命质量(quality of life,QOL)评分,临床疗效,zeste基因增强子同源物2(enhancer of zeste homolog 2,EZH2)、逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(reverse transcription-polymerase chain reac-tion,RT-PCR)法和Western blot法检测培养48 h细胞中上皮间质标志物钙黏蛋白E(E-cadherin)水平。结果治疗后,两组QOL评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清EZH2相对表达量均低于治疗前,E-cadherin相对表达量均高于治疗前,且观察组血清EZH2相对表达量低于常规组,E-cadherin相对表达量高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合顺铂方案化疗、替雷利珠单抗治疗膀胱癌疗效确切,能改善患者生命质量及EZH2、E-cadherin相对表达量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of transurethral resection of bladder tumor combined with cisplatin chemotherapy and tirelli-zumab in the treatment of bladder cancer.Methods 92 cases of bladder cancer patients admitted to Xunyang People's Hospital from June 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the conventional group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with cisplatin chemotherapy and tirellizumab,while the obser-vation group was treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumor combined with cisplatin chemotherapy and tirellizumab.The quality of life(QOL)score,clinical efficacy,zeste gene enhancer homology 2(EZH2),RT-qPCR and Western blot to detect the level of E-cadherin in the epithelial mesenchymal marker cultured for 48 h were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the QOL scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05);after treatment,the relative expression of serum EZH2 of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and relative expres-sion level of E-cadherin were higher than before treatment,and the relative expression level of serum EZH2 in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group,and relative expression level of E-cadherin was higher than that in the conventional group,the differences were statis-tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumor combined with cisplatin chemotherapy and tirellizumab in the treatment of bladder cancer is effective,can improve the quality of life of patients and the relative expression levels of EZH2 and E-cadherin,and is worthy of clinical promotion and appli
