摘　　要：数字时代变革已成为驱动高等教育高质量发展的重要力量,正系统性地引领高等教育向高品质、高效率方向转型。本文对数字化改革的内在理念与实质内涵进行剖析,探讨数字化改革在推动高等教育高质量发展中的关键作用,明确其在高等教育领域中的应用价值和理论框架。通过实证分析数字化改革对高等教育带来的具体影响效果,梳理当前数字化改革面临的挑战,通过数字化改革在教育质量提升、资源配置优化、教学模式创新、数字化改革评价等举措,提高应用型高校的教育质量。The transformation of the digital age has become an important force driving the high-quality development of higher education,and is systematically leading the transformation of higher education to high-quality and efficient direction.This paper analyzes the internal concept and essence of digital reform,discusses the key role of digital reform in promoting the high-quality development of higher education,and clarifies its application value and theoretical framework in the field of higher education.Through empirical analysis of the specific impact of digital reform on higher education,this paper sorts out the challenges faced by the current digital reform,and uses technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to focus on the positive role of digital reform in education quality improvement,resource allocation optimization,teaching model innovation,digital reform evaluation and other aspects,so as to explore the improvement of education quality in application-oriented colleges and universities.
