摘　　要：Dear Editor,Sarcoidosis is a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown etiology that is characterized by the forma-tion of a giganto-cellular epithelioid granuloma with-out caseous necrosis infiltrating the various tissues.The condition most frequently involves the mediastinal and pulmonary regions,while bone involvement is rare and affects only 1.0%to 13.0%of patients with sarcoid-osis.1 We report a case of an isolated bone sarcoidosis presenting as bull’s finger.
