摘 要:以大数据、智能识别、5G为代表的数字化技术,正在影响着民办教育的走向。新时代的民办本科高校教师不仅需要具备专业的知识技能,也需要具有数字化胜任能力。文章运用了文献综述法、概念分析法、调查研究法、德尔菲法等,以黑龙江省12所民办本科高校为研究对象,通过分析数字赋能下黑龙江省民办本科教师教学力提升面临的机遇和挑战,提出了建设“四位一体”的云端智慧校园、实施“三轮驱动”的未来教室计划、建立数字教学评估与优化机制、革新数字微格教学法、启动数字导师计划、创立“未来课堂”模拟训练营等提升黑龙江省民办教师教学力的路径。Digital technology,represented by big data,intelligent recognition and 5G,is influencing the direction of private education.Teachers of private undergraduate colleges and universities in the new era are not only required to have professional knowledge and skills,but also to have digital competence.This paper,by using the methods of literature review,conceptual analysis and survey research as well as Delphi method,and taking 12 private undergraduate colleges in Heilongjiang as the research object,gives the paths to improve their teaching competence under digital empowerment such as constructing the“four-in-o ne”cloud-based smart campus,implementing the“three-wheel driving”future classroom plan,establishing the digital teaching evaluation and optimization mechanism,innovating the digital microform teaching method,launching the digital tutor program,and creating the“future classroom”simulation camp through analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by private undergraduate teachers.
