高职院校民宿管理与运营专业助推乡村振兴高质量发展路径探究

摘　　要：旅游类高职院校通过项目培育、品牌引进和资源整合,坚持以文塑旅、以旅彰文,加快推动农文旅融合发展。乡村民宿是乡村旅游的重要业态,是助力全面推进乡村振兴的重要抓手,应通过推出一批乡村旅游文创产品、一批精品线路、一批精品主题村,实现民宿经济高质量发展。文章分析了高职院校民宿管理与运营专业服务乡村振兴的意义、存在的问题,以及具体实施路径,探索乡村振兴与民宿管理与运营专业的契合点,提出将乡村振兴理念融入专业人才培养方案,为探索高职院校民宿管理与运营专业助推乡村振兴高质量发展提供参考。Through project cultivation,brand introduction and resource integration,higher vocational colleges of tourism insist on using culture to shape tourism and highlight culture with tourism,so as to accelerate the integrated development of agriculture,culture and tourism.Rural homestay is an important form of rural tourism and an important starting point for promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way.We should launch a number of rural tourism cultural and creative products,a number of high-quality routes,a number of high-quality theme villages,to achieve high-quality development of homestay economy.This paper analyzes the significance,existing problems,and specific implementation path of homestay management and operation major in higher vocational colleges to service rural revitalization,explores the convergence point of rural revitalization and homestay management and operation major,and puts forwards to integrating the concept of rural revitalization into the professional talent training program to provide reference for exploring the homestay management and operation major in higher vocational colleges to promote the high-quality development of rural revitalization.
