Clinical effect of Chaihu Guizhi decoction combined with Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule in the treatment of advanced breast cancer

摘　　要：目的 分析柴胡桂枝汤联合贞芪扶正胶囊治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年6月-2023年10月衡水市中医医院收治的78例晚期乳腺癌患者,按信封法分为2组,对照组 37例,观察组41例。对照组应用贞芪扶正胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用柴胡桂枝汤,对比2组临床疗效及肿瘤标志物、免疫指标变化情况。结果 观察组总有效率78.05%,优于对照组54.05%(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组血清癌抗原125(cancer antigen 125,CA125)、恶性肿瘤相关物质群(tumor supplied group of factors,TSGF)水平、主症积分、次症积分、CD8^(+)水平、血清癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);机体状况评分、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组生存率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 柴胡桂枝汤联合贞芪扶正胶囊可显著减轻晚期乳腺癌患者症状,改善患者免疫功能,调节患者病理状态,提高治疗远期疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chaihu Guizhi decoction combined with Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. Methods A total of 78 patients with advanced breast cancer admitted to Hengshui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the envelope method. The control group (n=37) was treated with Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule, while the observation group (n=41) was treated with Chaihu Guizhi decoction. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 78.05%, which was higher than that of the control group (54.05%, P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the levels of serum cancer antigen 125 (CA125), tumor supplied group of factors (TSGF), primary syndrome scores, secondary syndrome scores, CD8^(+) level, serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) level were lower in the observation group than those in the control group, while the body condition scores, levels of CD4^(+), CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, the survival rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group (χ^(2)=4.262, P=0.039). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer, Chaihu Guizhi decoction combined with Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome scores, improve the immune function of patients, regulate their pathological state, and improve the long-term therapeutic effect.
