“本-博”直通式高级医学物理师国际人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：医学物理师在临床影像学诊断、肿瘤的放射治疗、医学影像技术的开发与应用等多个领域发挥着不可或缺的作用。然而,我国对于医学物理师的重视程度不足,目前尚未形成系统的医学物理师专业人才培养体系和标准化的岗前培训和资格认证等考核环节。本文在吉林大学公共卫生学院与美国肯塔基大学合作培养“4+2”医学物理师硕士人才的基础上,进一步探讨如何实现“本-博”直通式医学物理师国际人才的培养(4+4),以期为促进我国医学物理师培养体系建设及医学物理师的行业发展提供参考。Medical physicists play an indispensable role in many fields such as clinical imaging diagnosis,radiotherapy of tumors,development and application of medical imaging technology and other fields.Nevertheless,insufficient attention has been paid to medical physicists in our country,and there has not been a systematic system for the cultivation of professional talents of medical physicists and a standardized link of assessment such as pre-post training and qualification authentication at present.Based on the cooperation between the School of Public Health of Jilin University and the University of Kentucky to cultivate“4+2”master’s degree talents in medical physics,in this paper,we further discuss how to realize the training of international talents of medical physicists through the straight“Undergraduate-PhD”mode(4+4),so as to provide a reference for promoting the construction of the medical physicists training system and the development of the medical physicist vocation in China.
