探讨医学影像技术专业实习教学的反思与改进

摘　　要：随着现代医疗技术的飞速发展,医学影像技术已经成为医学影像学的一个重要组成部分。医学影像技术是一门对实务技术有很高要求的学科,临床实习是学生从理论到实践的关键时期。但是,由于传统的医学影像实习技术教学模式主要靠经验相传,缺乏连贯性、针对性,难以很好地满足现代医学影像专业人才的需要。针对以上问题,医院应在实习期间改进教学观念,运用多种现代化的教学手段,有效提高医学影像专业的实习教学水平。在培养高质量的影像技术人才的同时,进一步提升教师的专业教学水平,促进教育与师资队伍的良性互动。With the rapid development of modern medical technology,imaging technology has become an important part of medical imaging.Medical imaging technology is a subject with high requirements for practical technology.Clinical practice is the key period for students to practice from theory to practice.However,because the traditional practice teaching mode is mainly based on experience,it lacks coherence and pertinence,and it is difficult to fully meet the needs of modern medical imaging professionals.In view of the above problems,the hospital should improve the teaching concept during the internship and use a variety of modern teaching methods to effectively improve the level of internship teaching.Meanwhile of cultivating high-quality image technology talents,we will further improve the professional teaching level of teachers and promote the positive interaction between education and teaching staff.
