摘 要:梳理当前数字化、智能化技术在监测预警及疫苗追溯等传染病预防控制领域的典型应用实例,分析数智化驱动传染病预防控制面临的挑战、问题以及未来发展的方向,以促进传染病预防控制领域的数字化转型和智能化升级。结果表明,数字化、智能化的理论、方法、技术已应用于传染病预防控制领域,但仍面临认识不到位、人员和技术储备不足、数据可及性与可用性差、数据安全与隐私保护等挑战,需进一步更新信息化理念,探索构建疾控行业大模型,从数据要素、网络安全和数据安全、标准规范等方面构建良好生态。To promote digital transformation and intelligent upgrading in the field of infectious disease prevention and control.The current application examples of digital and intelligent technologies in the field of infectious disease prevention and control were summarized,and the challenges and development directions of digital intelligence in the field of infectious disease prevention andcontrol were proposed.The theories,methods,and technologies of digitalization and intelligence have been applied to the fields of infectious disease prevention and control,but they still face problems such as insufficient understanding,insufficient personnel and technical reserves,poor data accessibility and availability,and data security and privacy protection.The digital transformation and intelligent upgrading in the field of disease prevention and control need to update the concept of informatization,build a large model of the disease control,and build a good ecology from the aspects of data elements,network security and data security,standards and specifications.
