摘  要:目的 构建区域影像检查互认信息共享数智化平台,解决重复检查和影像数据未共享问题。方法 统一标准,整合全区域医疗影像数据,建立互认共享平台,形成影像数据统一管理中心。结果 覆盖全市41个区县共计1 243家医疗机构数字医学影像服务,包括三级医疗机构83家、二级医疗机构106家、基层医疗机构1054家。截至2024年5月31日,1176家医疗机构完成数据接入,全市所有公立医疗机构接入率94.7%,实现平台5个重点应用功能。结论 该平台通过数据治理,精准掌握健康与医疗需求,优化资源配置,制定科学政策,对助力数字化转型与智慧健康城市建设目标实现具有重要意义。Objective Building a regional imaging examination mutual recognition and information sharing digital intelligence platform to solve the problem of repeated examinations and image data sharing.Methods Unified standards were established,and the medical image data of the whole region were integrated,and a platform for mutual recognition and sharing was established to form a unified management center.Results The platform covers a total of 1,243 medical institutions in 41 districts and counties,including 83 tertiary medical institutions,106 secondary medical institutions,and 1,054 primary medical institutions.As of May 31,2024,1,176 medical institutions had completed data access,with an access rate of 94.7%in all public medical institutions in the city,achieving five key application functions of the platform.Conclusion Through data governance,the platform can accurately grasp health and medical needs,optimize resource allocation,formulate scientific policies,it is of great significance to help achieve the goals of digital transformation and the construction of smart and healthy cities.
