摘　　要：目的 围绕传统的睡眠障碍诊疗存在患者依从性差、管理和治疗效率低等问题,建设睡眠障碍全病程管理平台,为睡眠障碍患者提供覆盖“诊前、诊中、诊后、院内、院外”全病程闭环的治疗与管理工具。方法基于循证医学,利用数字技术研发现代化治疗干预平台,采用云计算、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术重构医疗服务流程。结果 该平台为睡眠障碍患者提供了线上全病程闭环数字化诊疗服务,实现了预约挂号、在线咨询、诊前智能问诊、线上认知康复训练、睡眠和服药日记、睡眠评估、智能随访等功能。结论 该平台的应用,提高了睡眠障碍医疗服务效率和患者依从性,同时为医生提供了智能辅助诊断、个性化治疗方案推荐、多导睡眠监测管理等功能,提高了医生的诊断和治疗效率,具有推广价值。Objective Around the traditional diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders,there are problems such as poor compliance of patients,low efficiency in the treatment and management of patients,etc.This study construct a full-course therapy and management platform that covers the entire disease course of“before diagnosis,during diagnosis,after diagnosis,in-hospital,and out-of-hospital”for patients with sleep disorders.Methods Based on evidence-based medicine,using digital technology to develop modern therapeutic intervention platforms,utilizing new generation information technologies such as cloud computing,big data,and artificial intelligence to reconstruct healthcare service processes.Results The platform provides an online full-course closed-loop digital diagnosis and treatment service for patients with sleep disorders.It has realized the functions of appointment registration,online consultation,intelligent pre-diagnosis inquiry,online cognitive rehabilitation training,sleep and medication diary,sleep assessment,intelligent follow-up,etc.Conclusion The application of this platform has improved the efficiency of medical services for sleep disorders and patient compliance,while providing doctors with intelligent assisted diagnosis, personalized treatment plan recommendation, polysomnographic appointment scheduling and report management, and other features. This has enhanced the efficiency of doctor’s diagnosis and treatment, making it valuable for promotion.
