摘　　要：目的利用信息化技术改进传统医院麻醉药品和第一类精神药品(麻精药品)的管理,使其进一步实现科学化、精细化,提升工作效率。方法分析国内外麻精药品的医院信息化建设现状及现有麻精药品管理模式,将麻精药品日常管理、使用实践进行信息化改造,开发麻精药品管理软件,进行流程改造,比较软件上线前后的效率变化。结果软件上线后,药库麻精药品计划制定时间减少75%,药房麻精药品平均领用时间减少65%,麻精药品空包装平均清点时间减少50%,药库麻精药品账册填写时间减少76%。结论开发的麻精药品管理软件操作简单,管理精准、方便,软件上线后工作效率提升明显,同时工作差错减少,保证了用药安全。Objective To use information technology to improve the management of narcotic drugs and first-class psychotropic drugs(narcotic and psychotropic drugs)in traditional hospitals,make it more scientific and refined,and improve work efficiency.Methods Analyze the current situation of hospital informatization construction of narcotic and psychotropic drugs at domestic and abroad,and the existing management mode of narcotic and psychotropic drugs,information pharmacists carry out informatization transformation on the daily management and use practice of narcotic and psychotropic drugs,develop narcotic and psychotropic drugs management software and carry out process transformation,to compare the change in efficiency before and after software implementation.Results After the implementation of the software,the time for formulating the drug store’s narcotic and psychotropic drugs plan was reduced by 75%,the average time for receiving the narcotic and psychotropic drugs in the pharmacy was reduced by 65%,the average inventory time for the empty package of the narcotic and psychotropic drugs was reduced by 50%,and the time for filling out the narcotic and psychotropic drugs account book in the drug storehouse was reduced by 76%.Conclusion The developed anesthesia drug management software is easy to operate,accurate and convenient in management,and the work efficiency is significantly improved after implementation,while reducing work errors and ensuring the safety of medication.
