摘  要:目的探讨虚拟仿真实验教学在本科生护理学导论课程教学中的应用。方法选取本校2022级、2023级护理专业的本科生为研究对象,整班分组,2022级为对照组40名,2023级为观察组41名。对照组采用传统教学模式进行教学,观察组在传统教学模式的基础上采用虚拟仿真实验教学模式进行教学,于课程结束后比较两组护生的考核成绩,护理学生自主学习能力量表评估护生的自主学习能力,大学生学习策略量表评估护生的学习策略,批判性思维能力测量表评估护生的批判性思维能力,教学效果问卷评估护生对教学的同意率。结果观察组护生的课后测试、期末理论考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。教学后,观察组护生的学习动机、计划与实施、自我管理评分及量表总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生的认知策略、资源管理策略评分及量表总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生寻找真相、分析能力、系统化能力评分及量表总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护生对学习态度、知识学习、课堂教学过程的教学同意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在本科护生护理学导论课程教学中应用虚拟仿真实验教学模式,可提高教学效果与护生的自主学习能力,有助于护生学习策略及批判性思维的培养,护生对该教学模式的接受度较高。Objective To discuss the application of virtual simulation experimental teaching in introduction to nursing course for undergraduate students.Methods Undergraduate nursing students from the class of 2022 and the class of 2023 at our university were selected as the research subjects.The entire classes were divided into groups,with 40 students from the class of 2022 as the control group and 41 students from the class of 2023 as the observation group.The control group was taught using traditional teaching method,while the observation group used a virtual simulation experimental teaching method in addition to the traditional teaching method.After the course,the assessment scores of the two groups of nursing students were compared.The Self-directed Learning Ability Scale was used to evaluate the nursing students'self-directed learning ability,the College Students'Learning Strategies Scale was used to evaluate their learning strategies,the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory was used to evaluate their critical thinking abilities,and the teaching effectiveness questionnaire was used to evaluate their agreement rate with the teaching.Results The post-class test scores and fi nal theoretical assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the teaching,the observation group had higher scores in learning motivation,planning and implementation,self-management,and total scale scores compared to the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had higher scores in cognitive strategies,resource management strategies,and total scale scores compared to the control group(P<0.05);the observation group also had higher scores in truth-seeking,analytical abilities,systematic abilities,and total scale scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).The teaching agreement rate of the observation group on learning attitude,knowledge acquisition,and the classroom teaching process was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of virtual simulation experimen
