摘　　要：新文科建设背景下,工程管理加快了复合型应用人才培养模式改革的步伐。基于新文科建设和工程管理专业培养模式相关文献研究,分析了工程管理复合型人才培养的必要性,思考了培养模式的弊端,明确了课程体系中课程融通交叉不足、教学效果不理想、教学资源不充足等问题短板。借鉴国内同类型地方高校培养经验,从课程体系、师资建设、资源保障等方面提出改进策略,为提高学校工程管理专业人才培养水平提供重要支撑,并为同类型高校工程管理专业建设和人才培养模式改革提供参考。Under the background of the construction of the new liberal arts,engineering management has accelerated the pace of reform in the training mode of composite applied talents.This article is based on literature research on the construction of new liberal arts and the training mode of engineering management majors.It analyzes the necessity of cultivating composite talents in engineering management,considers the drawbacks of the training mode,and clarifies the shortcomings of the curriculum system,such as insufficient integration and intersection of courses,unsatisfactory teaching effects,and insufficient teaching resources.Drawing on the training experience of local universities of the same type in China,improvement strategies are proposed from the aspects of curriculum system,teacher construction,resource guarantee,etc.,providing important support for improving the level of talent training in the engineering management major of our university,and providing reference for the construction of the new liberal arts and talent training mode reform in the engineering management major of similar universities.
